Primera cirugía dirigida por la Dra. Vila. Segunda y tercera por el Dr. Lorenzo

Paciente de 36 años con alopecia avanzada y miniaturización en zona donante (DUPA= Diffuse unpatterned alopecia). En tratamiento con finasteride/dutasteride alterno hace 14 meses. Candidato a cirugía porque el paciente comprende la importancia de la medicación en la estabilidad de su resultado a largo plazo. Se realiza una primera cirugía para frontal con 2601 injertos (6193 pelos; 2.38 pelos/grafts; 45 micras de pelo; 0.8 mm punch; 262FU1/1247FU2/ 921FU3/ 166FU4/ 5FU5). A los 5 meses se realiza la segunda intervención para coronilla con 2101 grafts (5109 pelos; 2.43 pelos/graft; 0.8 mm punch; 173FU1/ 942FU2/ 895FU3/ 88FU4/ 3FU5). La buena supervivencia y la habilidad para peinarse (la cosmetica del pelo) mejoran definitivamente la imagen del paciente. Recientemente se ha realizado un retoque para mejorar algunas zonas del frontal (601 grafts) que mostraremos en el futuro.

We did a second procedure 5 months after to cover the crown with 2101 grafts (5109 hairs; 2.43 hairs per graft; 0.8 mm punch; 173FU1/ 942FU2/ 895FU3/ 88FU4/ 3FU5). The good survival and the ability for grooming and combing (the cosmetic of the hair) undoubtedly improve the image of the patient.
